    If the eggs are stuff together I would not recommend to seperate them to remove the one going bad, unless it is a few hours after being laid or 0 to 5 days before hatching eggs do not come apart easily and you are taking the risk to cause a tear in the healthy eggs.

    The healthy eggs will not be affected by the one going bad, here is an example nearing hatch date, 2 eggs went bad a few days after being place in the incubator the 5 other healthy ones remain fine.
