Thank you. There will be more Bubbles pictures once she decides to quit hiding. Before work she wouldn't unwind from her tight ball, and now she doesn't want to leave her hide. The seller said she's nice about being handled, so once she feels safer, there will be more pictures.

People ship geckos in deli cups all the time. How do they usually ship snakes, if not in plastic containers? The lid says Betty Crocker on it.

She came out of her hide for a few minutes today, and she looks good. I think I'm going to enjoy her. Champagne is so pretty.

Love champagnes, congrats Though they tend to be a little neurotic, every one I've known has been sweet.

A friend opened the box. Gotta love that made in the USA label.

It seems she's feeling a bit unsocial. What a tight ball!

She hasn't shown her face yet, but I put her next to my ear to check for breathing noises. All clear, the only sound was my watch ticking.

She's going to be called Bubbles, and the butter male will most likely be Brickle.

It's time to leave for work, but this had to be posted so you could all share in the fun of the day.
My champagne still loves to roll in a tight ball and ive had him going on a year. Congratulations she's a beauty!

Thank you. She seems to be a sweet girl. Today is feeding day, so keep your fingers crossed that she eats. The butter male spends most of his time outside of his hide and has a strong feeding response, but Bubbles spends very little time outside of her hide. Maybe a nice rat will lure her out long enough to eat. Her last meal was a week ago Wednesday. She was shipped this past Wednesday and arrived on Thursday. A friend said that it's best to wait at least two days for her to settle in, and it's been that long. Maybe she'll eat today.

My male is timid too but not when it comes to food. This was him when we brought him home

He's handsome! Champagne head markings are awesome. Gotta love that little face peering out from the middle in that second picture.

Both of Bubbles's parents are champagnes, and both sets of grandparents are champagne x normals.

It must be a champagne thing! Our little Toph is always in a ball whenever her tub is disturbed, but put a mouse in range and she's our second most aggressive feeder. Love your new addition, so pretty!
