I'm interested in knowing how many people in the Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Pickering, Scarborough, Uxbridge, Brooklin etc area,
are interested in live, pre killed and frozen feeders?
I am very interested in starting a breeding operation and would like to see the demand in the area. Of course I would charge less than the local pet stores.
Also I am a Veterinarian Technician and the Veternarian I work with is very interested in doing this with me. The rats would all have the best care as well as be medically fit.
Please reply with your interest asap
Regards

Re: Durham Region Ontario
I'm sure there are a lot of people interested..... and good luck.
I have a few friends(Scarborough) that have the same problem as I do with the current rat breeders we use.
Reliability !! Orders either don't get delivered on time or it's never a good time to pick-up the order.
Our last order was 6 weeks late, so we had to resort to pet store prices.
Another supplier we use has no clue on size...ships smalls for mediums or weaned for smalls, etc.
If your prices can be competitive and you can be reliable, you'll do great... word will spread how good you are.
Everyone knows someone and you'll have business coming out of your.....
Message me when you get started, I'd be interested.

Re: Durham Region Ontario
There is a huge demand that is relatively difficult to fill, especially in scarborough. I am in Scarborough and order my feeders from Orillia/ Barrie. If your prices are low enough I can gaurentee that you can maintain a constant customer base. I order from Near North Rodents, frankly because he is the cheapest company that is reliable. Customer communication is key. Most rodent suppliers around here couldn't care less about keeping their customers and honestly I would rather pay 10-15% more to deal with someone with a teaspoon of consideration. If you were to offer a product at a reasonable price, and maintained a professional and respectful relationship with your clients - you could do very well. Goodluck, and if you decide to start selling in Scarborough let me know.

I'm in Oshawa and I'd likely be interested depending on your location.
