Habistat is actually a thermostat made in the UK so the OP needs a thermostat that runs on 220v. Herpstat, VE, and I believe hydrofarm are all 110v. Microclimate I've heard good things about and Istat as well. Istat makes a compact model that won't run you to much but there pulse plus is nice so I've heard. The istat is available in the US as well as the UK so I've looked into them quite a bit and they seem reliable.
