I'm not trying to tell you what to do I'm just trying to explain that if you really think about it the only difference is moving to a new enclosure your causing stress and unnecessary movement in a snake that is in feeding mode. Also that separate feeding enclosure will be recognized as only feeding bc that's all it will be for and the one she actually lives in she does more then feed, she sleeps, slithers, sheds, goes to the bathroom, etc so it won't be just an association of feeding. Plus you won't be sticking your hand your back into the cage after eating. After she strikes and puts it down you just wait at least 48hrs before you do anything else. Sorry if I came off as telling you what to do, it just seemed like you only heard from the side of feeding in different cage and not anything from the side of feeding in the same cage and when you have both sides together you get feeding in enclosure is safer for you and her IMO.

Anyways hope tonights feeding goes well! Post some pics of her when you get the chance! Also welcome to bp.net!!!!!!
