Difference between F10SC and F10SCXD

FC10SCXD is also a disinfectant, with cleaner (detergent) added. It bubbles slightly when sprayed and has a very light, clean odor that somewhat reminds me of Pinesol. It must be rinsed off with water. I use it for cleaning dirty tubs. I spray down the tubs, scrub the dirty spots with a brush, rinse, and dry.

I just ordered both F10SC and F10SCXD from reptile basics and they state that F10SCXD can just be wiped off and no rinsing is required. Is this information incorrect?
