Both products are sold in concentrated form. I prepare spray bottles with 28oz of water mixed with 2mL of F10 concentrate. A small bottle of F10 lasts a long time. Make sure to get a small syringe to accurately measure the concentrate.

F10SC is a disinfectant. Think of it like Lysol, but safe for reptiles. You can spray it on any surface to kill bacteria. No rinsing required. Just let it air dry afterward. It has barely any odor. I use it for disinfecting clean surfaces that snakes have had contact with, like my weighing tub. Diluted F10 solution has also been used to treat RI, though I've personally never tried it for that purpose.

FC10SCXD is also a disinfectant, with cleaner (detergent) added. It bubbles slightly when sprayed and has a very light, clean odor that somewhat reminds me of Pinesol. It must be rinsed off with water. I use it for cleaning dirty tubs. I spray down the tubs, scrub the dirty spots with a brush, rinse, and dry.

If I had to choose between the two, I'd pick F10SCXD. I use it a lot more often.

Thank you. I may pick up both then. So the F10SC is more of a routine cleaning and F10SCXD is more for deep cleaning enclosures?
