    Question Handling:

How often do you guys handle your BP's ? Just curious, i had a really good handling session the other day (Wednesday) and she was acting so good. (the best attitude since ive had her)... Just want to know how often i should handle her or how often i should at least try.

It all depends on the snake to be honest. I always give my little guy 24 hours after eating but he doesn't mind being held in shed.

He seems to like to explore and hang out with me so I handle him often with no signs of stress andis a heavy eater!

Mine get handled a lot unless they are gravid or have just eaten. If we are home there is almost always a snake out. On the weekend my daughters wear them like they are jewelry. The ones that are gravid are always stroked when their tubs are open. I try to keep all my animals "socialized". Eventually my collection will reach the size that this is not longer possible however I will always try keep the ones I have around people as mellow as possible.

All of mine are handled regular. I give 24 to 48 hours ,depending on the snake, after eating but other than that there all out 2 or 3 times a week
Some people don't handle for a day or 2 before there due for food but I've never seen the problem with it. I just don't handle them on the day that there feeding but they are all fed in the day so it's not really possible to handle them before feeding anyway
All of mine are fine to be handled in shed as well but that is obviously going to vary from snake to snake.

I also give 24-48 hours after eating before handling, but aside from that, it is almost daily. Some days it's 5 minutes while I'm getting fresh water or checking out the enclosure, and other days it may be 30 minutes or more, depending on how she's acting. The more you handle, the more you'll know your BP. Some days, I can just tell my BP doesn't seem to want to be out, so I keep those days short.
