You're going to have to be more specific. Cheap is one thing. Cheap and quality is another. Do you have anything specific in mind?

Your best bet, if you're not looking for a morph, would be to find one locally. If you are looking for a morph, there are quite a few good folks right here on this site that would be happy to help you out.

Normals are cheap almost everywhere, just email a breeder and ask if they have any available.

Craig's list. Just picked up a half starved normal for free that is now eating like a pig!! If you were in Colorado and asked me for him I'd give it to you for free, I don't have any breeding plans for him, just wondered what a normal was like in person, seems to eat much better than most morphs.

Just keep in mind that because an animal is cheap, that does not mean that the PROPER supply, care and possible vet cost are.

A lot of normals are even free, if that's what you're looking for. You can try joining something like a facebook group for reptiles.

I got mine stumbling past a breeder who was giving away normal male hatchlings and happened to be local.

Some cheap snakes are good deals, others are slithering vet bills.

Also the setup for a cheap/free normal will cost the same as the setup for a high-$ morph.

Even for a breeder like myself I think it's good to have a normal male and female, useful for finding out what genes are in a particular snake without complicating things.
