Signs of stress during handling?

Other than the balling that Rob referenced, I believe the heavy breathing or huffing and general jumpiness are signs of stress during handling. And I've read somewhere that wrapping very tightly can also be a sign of stress.

Makes sense, it seem like mine coils tightly around me at first, but then reduces the force enough to not fall off. For some odd reason she prefers being coiled around my neck, and refuses to move elsewhere.
