Eggs laid today already collapsing!!!!!!

Were the eggs found in the morning or this evening. Did they look deflated before they went into tub? I had one girl lay last year and the eggs sat in a dry tub for 2 or 3 days. They were slightly deflated like yours. A day in the incubator (24hours) and they fluffed right back up. If the humidity is right and they are destined to hatch they will be OK. You can also try using press n seal over the tub

I went to work at 4 .m. And she hadn't laid yet and went I got home at 3:30 p.m. the eggs were there. And they didn't look deflated when I put them in the egg box!

Also, if possible try to get the eggs out of the incubation medium and onto a diffuser. Is that hatch rite you are using?

Yes it's hatch rite. I put the moist moss along the entire box lining the edges as soon as I found them deflated. They don't look any worse this morning then before I placed the moss in with them, so maybe they'll make it! Idk

looks like the eggs are sweating. hmm, are the eggs wet to the touch? if yes, then what's happening here is egg fluids leaking out, not simple moisture (dehydration) loss from low humidity. it's caused by a problem with the egg membrane, not by your incubation method.

some breeders have had success turning the situation around with elmer's glue, once dry it seals in the fluid. it's quite a common case with the chondro crowd, i have tried on a prematurely sweating gtp clutch and it worked. and have some anti-fungal foot powder ready because wet eggs will soon grow some mold.

I still think it would be best to get these eggs on a diffuser ASAP. Most certainly they need to be out of the hatch rite. If it was vermiculite or a perlite/vermiculite mix I believe the result would be different.

Eggs don't need to be on anything IF the substrate is prepped correctly.
I would bet your hatchrite is too dry, you are not the first one to have issues with that junk this week either.
