They were slightly deflated like yours. A day in the incubator (24hours) and they fluffed right back up. If the humidity is right and they are destined to hatch they will be OK. You can also try using press n seal over the tub
I went to work at 4 .m. And she hadn't laid yet and went I got home at 3:30 p.m. the eggs were there. And they didn't look deflated when I put them in the egg box!
