    I am sad to say that most of the time petco is going to be wrong. Check out the care sheets like others have said. Ball pythons are relatively easy and cheap to care for if you follow the "rules". It is possible to use a tank but it requires a lot more work than a tub. This board has 99% of the answers you need. Read and learn. There are people on here that have successfully kept hundreds of snakes. The formula petco gave you for caring for your animals will fail. Please correct as soon as you can so that you do not end up at the vet with your animals.
