    If It was me I would put the UTH on the warm side with your Balls Hide placed above it, they need belly heat be sure your plug your UTH to a thermostat, I then would position the CHE towards the middle of the tank a bit so it's heat is not hitting right on top of the Hide. Our Ball Pythons really need that belly heat along with Ambeident Heat.
