Decent looking set up. Are those dial style humidity gauges? If so they are probably off. Dial style anything are notorious for being inaccurate. Get some thing like http://www.walmart.com/ip/Acu-Rite-I...r-00891/896347. They are decent and cheap. Also cover the top with a piece of thick cardboard covered in tin foil. Then cut out a hole about 1/2" bigger than your dome. That will serve for air. I do that for my glass tanks and they hold 60-80% humidity with aspen. Also move the water dish close to the dome so the heat helps evaporate water. I don't use wood hides as they are pretty well impossible to clean. I use Reptile Basic hides which are ABS plastic and have flat tops which are perfect to put folded wet paper towels on top of if you need more humidity during a shed.
Also don't forget a T-stat for the UTH when you use it. A UTH must never be run without some form of control.
