I'm not sure this is what you're looking for, but this is how I track our weights, feedings, and anything else important. The left side of the picture shows the first page of the excel spreadsheet. I have to manually input current weight and past weight. (Past weight I just copy the current column and paste to 'past' on weigh day. I really wish I could figure out a way for those 2 numbers to auto populate when I update the snake's individual pages.) Fluctuation, body weight % change and rat size are all auto populated by formulas. I have the boys artificially capped at a large small/small medium and the girls artificially capped at a large medium/small large for both safety (we feed live) and to avoid over feeding. Mr. Bubbles is proof all by himself that you can still get big without eating big all the time and I know that I have an option for feeding if a bigger rat gets passed over by someone else, so it's not as if I keep him on a strict small rat diet. Boys names are in blue, girls names are in a pinkish color. Weight gains are green and losses are in red. I generally don't worry unless the losses are above 10% and I don't have a good reason why, such as the snake refused a few times, shed, and had a massive waste. The right side of the picture shows what is on each snake's individual page within the excel doc - feeding days, weights, etc, along with progress pictures and notes. Hyperlinks between identifiers and the snakes' pages, as well as from the 'Date' header back to the front page of the doc. Also, the 'Notes' header links to an external doc where I go full on OCD and plan out breedings, projects, etc that involve that specific snake.
