    My Newest Addition

I'd been looking for one of these and they are so hard to find in this area. One popped up on Kijiji two or three days ago and I bought it in a flash. Unfortunately the pictures aren't the greatest but she was a bit cranky (also the container, etc is what the seller delivered her in). She is around 7 months old and, I think, beautiful.

    Re: My Newest Addition

Just got them up there. Hopefully I'll have more time to get good ones.

That's a great looking snake. I just got one myself on Wednesday. A cute little 34g squirt.

He looks nice. I really like how carpets look better as they age.

    Re: My Newest Addition

She's flipping beautiful and can't wait to get her out but I will wait diligently for her to settle in. She isn't going I her hide and doesn't seem to be scared of anything. I'm going to have fun getting her accustomed to me and getting her enclosure set up. I just need a suitable name for her. My daughter wants to call her Sioux. I kinda like Alice or Sidney but haven't settled on anything yet. Now I have a ball, boa and a JCP I think I should be content for awhile. Although there is a BEL and a beautiful gopher snake for sale in the area. Have to restrain myself (or look for a bigger house!).

    Great looking Jungle BWB! Congrats!

Looking forward to more pictures down the trail.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Great looking JCP. I think you'll really enjoy the carpet experience. They're definitely one of my favorites.

    Re: My Newest Addition

Yeah, I'm really pumped about her. It's hard to find any carpets in this part of Canada (lots for sale in Ontario but expensive to send to the east coast) so when this one showed up, I sent the email, then called. Talked to the guy for a long time but had a funny feel about him. He seemed to know his stuff but some things he talked about didn't ring true ( I base a lot of my knowledge and insight on what I have learned and continue to learn here - I check other sites but usually learn very little more elsewhere!). Through our talks and working our schedules he decided that he would bring the snake to me. This worked out well but now, when she's settled in, I have to set her up properly (and get some better pics, weigh and measure her) so her enclosure is more with what she needs. I can't wait (but will since I know it will be for the best).
