    I need help like asap!!

My male mojave has decided that his tub isn't good enough for him anymore and has been out for about a week, after turning the house upside down, I have finally found him! Yay! Only problem is he has found a hole in the basement floor and is about 2 feet away from the hole, I have a long endoscope style camera and that's how I found him, how the heck do I get him out?

Maybe you could coax him out with a rat?

The hole in the floor is about a foot and half square, 3 inches on concrete and about a 3 inch gap to the dirt, which is where he is, about 2 foot back

I'd turn the lights down, just enough for you to see, and then sit some prey out. The smell of food will likely bring him out if he thinks the coast is clear...

I assume no snake hook to reach in and get him out? If not your probably just going to have to wait him out.

What's the temperature like in that hole? What if you set up a nice secure feeling warm hide right near the entrance?

I put a gerbil (not food item just a pet, I'm out of rats until tomorrow) in a critter carrier, put it in the hole and covered the rest of the hole up, let's hope he thinks of a gerbil as food

I would set up a heat source and a hiding spot near the hole. Maybe he will crawl out to the heat when no one is around.

I can bump him with my hook but just barely and my hook is cheap and flimsy so I can't get him hooked the end just spins
