95% rubbing alcohol, putty knife and go slow without bending it too much.

That's probably the best way to do it, but just in case anything goes wrong during the process or down the road, here's what ZooMed has to say about it:

Moving or Detaching Heater: DO NOT remove the Heater once it has been attached to your terrarium. REMOVAL of the heater once attached voids all guarantees as this can easily damage the internal wire connections.
