I have no idea who HE is and at the same time I have no idea who YOU are either and while it's not required proof would really help your case imagine if someone new to the forum like yourself came and posted the same thing about you.
So I think in YOUR interest but also in the interest of the people you want to protect, you should elaborate, plus it's a pretty common name too.
