    I agree with the others. You should ask to be sent the snake you chose. After all, it is what appealed to you when your choices were wide open. Why settle for something else, especially as a pet? The other side is the snake you received may have already been committed to another purchaser and in fairness to them, they should be allowed to complete their transaction as well.

    I will not name names. But once I had inquired about a snake and was trying to arrange for purchase when the Seller just went silent for an extended period of time. A couple weeks at least. It turned out he had some life things happening, but made no excuses, and in fact sent me the snake we had been discussing free of charge, including shipping. I think that epitomizes Customer Service.

    Now if Garreck wanted to offer you something by way of compensation for your trouble I believe it would be good business and it shouldn't be frowned upon.
