    I don't think anyone knows 'why', at least I've never heard an explanation. But it certainly is true. If they do hatch alive, they don't live for long.

    Sort of similar to non matching blood types for human transfusions. There is just enough physiological differences within in the snake genes that don't line up correctly.

    My theory is that the super forms of any of those theoretical allelic animals (Super Spider, Super Champagne, Pearl, Spider Champagne, Champagne HGW, etc.) is that the neurological problem that occurs with these snakes just gets aggravated to the point where the animal is unable to thrive or function correctly.

    Note: there is no evidence or scientific evidence behind this theory it's just a personal opinion/theory.
