wrong, you're snake tagged you for a reason, you just know what it is. I think they do it just for fun every now and then.

Definitely keeps you on your toes. Its not the bite that hurts, it's the instinctual jerk back and ripping of your skin. I'm working on not jerking for her sake and mine.

My Mojave female got me today. It was her feeding day and she's an aggressive eater. I didn't have the food but was changing water before feeding and she grabbed hold of me. Lol. It definitely startles one

yes, please work on that. it's not just the tearing of your skin, it's the breaking of the snakes teeth. I guess you just haven't been bitten enough yet

Lol I think eventually it will become part of it for most . I remember when I got my first burm . Little baby borris . Such a cute little fellow , looked so completely innocent .!! I got him home only to take him out and have him come lunging at my face multiple times . He was on a rampage . It's things like that You look back on and smile . At least i do .

Re: Got tagged
I think we all have to expect that anytime we reach into a snakes enclosure that we are taking a risk of being bitten. If we practice that extra caution we may be able to lessen the possibility. Remember, these are captive animals with wild instincts.
Stay in peace and not pieces.
