Depends on how good the shipper is what I don't understand is that the shipper cannot tell you for sure??? Did he contact Fedex, ask for a tracking on his package instead of just tracking online?

When a package get lost and it happens (happened to me 3 times in 18 months time ) you have to be pro-active and track get answer, once you do they will find where your package is an re-route it in the right direction and in the meantime is is usually placed in an air conditioned room until the next flight. They can also provide an exact re-delivery date not maybe tomorrow or the day after.

All my packaged arrived 24 hours late and the animals were fine.
