I'm not from the area but I can offer some general advice, how many reptiles do you have? Are you going to be moving in a 50 tub rack system or do you have a few terrariums? It is generally easier and better for that matter that no one needs to know what you have. It's not that there aren't landlords that would be okay with a few bearded dragons and a snake .... But there is even a larger amount that when asked or brought to their attention about reptiles ... They are uneducated and have misconceptions and have only heard bad things. That being said ... It is no ones business what you have in your house or apartment unless it is distinctly specified in your lease agreement. Not to mention if you live in a muti unit building, generally someone will have something negative to say due to the fact that all the units are connected.
