How to have a package held at the hub?

The label has been created, but I can't find a button to have the package held at the hub. Do I just need to ask the breeder to put it on the label, or will I be able to request it be held once it's in transit?

I just use the hub address as the destination, and give that to the breeder instead of my address. Then I make sure I'm first in line at the hub when it opens at 9:00.

Nirmally when creating a label the animal needs to be shipped to the hub so your package should be labeled like this

    COMPANY: FedEx Ship Center
    Name: Recipient's name
    Address First line: Hub's adress
Address second line: HOLD AT FACILITY FOR PICKUP

If you have a tracking number and or the package is on it's way, go on fedex website to re-route your package and have it held at the hub.

Thanks! I'm expecting a few leopard geckos, so I'll post them on the gecko subforum once they arrive.

I'm gonna have to start paying Deb a customer service fee, she's a pro with these answers!

Call the FedEx hub and ask them what time you should be there. I recently picked up a BP from FedEx and I also got a notice on my phone that it was ready for pickup. The breeder entered that all in for me I guess.
