I bought my snake from them. It was the best experience, they were super helpful. I had my eye on several of their snakes. I emailed the owner (Matt) through the 'contact us' link on their web site, and got an email back within 45 mins. I ended up sending about a dozen emails asking all kinds of questions and always got a prompt reply. I found out that Matt was going to be setting up a booth at a reptile expo in my city and when I mentioned it, he offered to bring both snakes to the show so I could see them in person. I did purchase a snake from him that day, and later that night he emailed me all of the snakes history (hatch date, parents genetics, feed history, weight history, etc).
