I was having a hard time too as we have a screen top cage (upgrading once she's a bit bigger). We bought the moss and put it into a spare hide that she doesn't use and just kept wetting it. Only during her shed time. For the rest of the time I find that keeping damp towels over 3/4 of the screen and misting keeps it pretty up there in the 50s. I can't see why you couldn't keep it in the cage full time in an unused hide or log.
