Congratulations, I love those guys. There is a local woman who breeds these and I'm always tempted to pick up a pair but I know I'd need to spend a bundle on caging first AND find the room. Still, I can dream.

Re: Liasis Olivaceus
Beautiful new addition Lindsay. Olives are one of my favorite snakes even though they get a little too large for me as a keeper. I'm really looking forward to seeing your snake's progression. Please keep the pics coming!

Re: Liasis Olivaceus
Yeah ill have my garage done and have the room for her cage by the time she's that big thankfully.
She's so far been really easy getting in and out of the cage. As she grows learning her habits will hopefully keep me from to many feed response issues lol 😁

I did find a localish cage manufacturer that isn't crazy priced for the big cages and they are nice! I think he had 8' for 600 or so which compared to others wasn't bad

Right now the room would be the bigger issue. Something would have to go first. I'd probably have to get rid of my Burms but I'm not quite ready to do that yet.

Re: Liasis Olivaceus
Yeah I know the feeling on that. Mainly ball pythons, boas and carpets over here but our room is packed. Luckily qt had a room for a small enclosure for the time being while she's in there

Cool, cool snake!
Hope to get one someday.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.
