If your looking for a very dense pvc you'll have to get Azek and it's about twice the price , I found using the Veranda product when ever I make saw cuts , take spackle and go down the side. Or just paint white.if you don't coat the edge it will absorb dirt grim etc doesn't clean like top surface. Just a little FYI
