If your snake outgrows the Magnaturals ledge, they'll start tilt/sliding first, not go straight to falling off. Until one day you reach in to pick her up, putting just a liiiiitle too much weight on it, dumping your snake into her water bowl. At that point you take out the ledge, close the cage door, and leave the snake to have her snit in peace.
