    So far so good. I'd say start feeling them now. That way you have somewhat of a baseline to compare to. If you don't feel anything now and it feels different later. That's a good sign. Also, a good little trick is to use a paper towel in your hand when feeling. It allows you to use a firm grip but they can still slide through your hand.
