There are all kinds of great breeders out there so i would just do an online search. I would just stay away from people that don't fully answer your questions, wont provide extra pictures, won't allow a secure method of payment (ie paypal..never western union). I have ordered a large majority of my reptiles from a particular breeder (not a well known name) but i have seen his animals at reptile shows and know they are well taken care of. If you can check out a reptile expo and get your animal from there: The prices usually are a bit better, you usually can handle the animal and see it in person, you get to meet the breeder and get a feel of their operation, and you will save on shipping costs.
