if u were referring to me, those are silk plants from Exo-Terra. u can get them at many pet stores or Amazon. they range in price from $5-$15 depending on size. they have suction cups on them so u can attach them to glass and other hard surfaces.

Are those heat mats or heat tape?

yep, they're heat tape that i wired myself.
