    Houston

So I have gotten Houston him with me now. However the person I trusted to take care of him during my plight of looking for a new apartment didn't do as such. He has retained shed on his head and is super thin. That alone bothers me to the point I want to disassociate myself with them. This is going to be one hell of a recovery. I hope I can pull this off.

Where you out of town that you couldn't check on him often? Do they know how to care for snakes? You have him back so forgive and move on. Life is to short to hold grudges. Just look at it as a learning lesson. Some people are just not cut out to take care of animals.

I agree with DellaF. Don't hold onto a grudge it will just take away from the energy you need to spend to get your buddy better. Get him fed up and well. BPs are really resilient animals so i'm sure he will bounce back fine. Good luck!

I'm 45 minutes away from where they were staying that is on good day with no traffic. I asked for key to make my way over there every Saturday but her husband was against. I blame myself more than I blame them.

So here the pictures of Houston.

I currently have him soaking for the stuck on skin. I will get him back in tip top shape.

    *update*

An eye cap and half his stuck shed came off last night. Turn on his heat lamp this morning and noticed this. Woo hoo!

    Re: Houston

This morning I soaked him and gotten about 85 - 90% of the retained shed off of him.

Today I will attempt feeding him. Wish me luck.

Hopefully he eats, he looks terribly thin. How long were you gone?
