He *knows* he is majestic! Heehee.
Sir Huffington is 100% bluff. It's really funny, in the tank on on the floor he will hiss for all he's worth and throw himself around, but the second you pick him up he's like 'oh...okay'. Never bites, but he does do the closed mouth strike to try and make me think he's bitten me. Once in the hand he's content to curl up in my palm and take a nap.
I've only gotten bitten by a hognose once, it was a large albino female...once they latch on it's really hard to get them back off without hurting them. I had to just let her gnaw on me while I waited for an opening to get my hand back without removing any of her teeth. Luckily I didn't have a reaction to the venom.
