Nah, I'd say it's a prime example of why you shouldn't use any hides with a closed hole entrance. Lots of those fancy resin hides and decor are a problem waiting to happen. However, there's plenty of decor options you can use to safely improve the environment once you know what to avoid.
I've got two of the small ZooMed ReptiShelter 3 in 1 caves, which have a closed hole entrance... but I use them for my Kingsnakes. They love them, and they're perfect for adding a bit of damp moss to now and then. No way would I put one of those in the BP tubs!
