    Any medical lists out there?

I am more just curious of the types of illnesses and diseases ball pythons can have. All I have been able to find are lists detailing common, and commonly talked about diseases and illnesses such as mouth rot, scale rot, RIs, stuck sheds, burns and IBD. I want more... do they have heart attacks and how common? What about cancers and how often is that and what area of the body? Could they have some sort of disease that would effect certain organs (ex: like the appendix can randomly burst for no reason in a human)... Could they have a blood disorder and what would that look like and how would it effect the snake? And so on, I am sure you guys get my point. Is there at all a list like this out there?

    There you go http://www.merckvetmanual.com/mvm/ex..._reptiles.html

A word of caution though most people should stay away from this type of literature, too many people tend to jump the gun after reading symptoms online.

Bottom line when something in doubt use common sense and seek the help of a professional.

In case you are wondering, none of my snakes appear sick at all. I am just curious and a little bored. And I have a special savings account if anything with one of my animals appears to have anything wrong. Thanks!

The Ball Python Manual details the illnesses BPs can get, how to look for the symptoms, and even drugs and other treatment of these ailments... But it's pretty much just the issues you listed in the "common ailments" part of your post.
    0.1 Normal Ball Python
1.0 Southern Black Racer (permanently disabled)
    2.2 Cats
    0.1 Dog

    RESCUES I'VE FOUND HOMES FOR:
    1.1 BCIs
    2.1 Ball Pythons
1.0 Black Pastel Albino Ball Python
