I have not needed a Herp vet. yet, but wanted to be prepared, so i called a reptile store, and got their recamenddation, they will usually know one. If there is no reptile store around, look online for your local reptile club, they are sure to know of one, and don't let the vets bedside manner throw you off, i once worked for the most brusk and off putting vet i ever met, but was the best in his field i ever worked with.
