I have several Amazon tree boas, and I have really enjoyed keeping them! They are very easy to care for and make beautiful display snakes! All of mine can be handled without biting if I first take them out of their cages with a snake hook and then hold them in my hands. They are actually pretty calm, and I don't find them flighty at all. I think they require intermediate snake keeping skills, and I highly recommend them if you want a nice display animal!
