Is this considered an okay bee? I know he doesn't have a lot of yellow, and actually not very much wobble either.

Its a very muddy bee, especially for its size. Great pet but personally not something I would breed. Wobble can also vary over the animals life (and stress level), but its a good sign he has minimal wobble right now.

Yikes. Yeah, very low quality bee. At that size they should be bright yellow, not brown. This is my friends bumblebee for reference

Well, what was it sold to you as? Also , if the seller cares about his customer relations he should be willing to do something to satisfy you. I would contact him ASAP.
