    You could always "clutter" the new tank a litttle more. I'd say it's likely she is still just feeling it out... finding where the hot spots are, the new smells, the new lay of the land, etc...

    I've been thinking about tubs as well, and I don't think there are really that many concerns with fumes/toxins from the plastic being heated. I don't think it's heated enough to be of any concern. I know a lot of people have been using them for a very long time with their BP's and the snakes seem to be thriving in them.
