Alright one quick question
As some of you may know I just got a JCP and would like to know what you guys think. The lady I got her off of told me she eats in cage and I feed my BP in a tub and have had no problems. I guess my question is what would you guys suggest? Also what bedding should I be using currently I am using paper towels.. Thanks

Feed in the enclosure.
Substrate is really up to you based on your needs and visual preference.

I feed all my animals in their enclosure. Also, taking your JCP out and putting her in a different tub may actually stress her and cause her not to eat. That being said, I've never had a JCP, so I am not familiar with their behavior and feeding responses.

Alright one quick question
I can tell you that my JCP likes to eat arborelly, from her perch/tree. This is one of the cool behaviors and benefits of owning a JCP!
She has eaten from her water bowl before while soaking. But she prefers above.
She will also let me know if she is hungry by hanging down in an S shape staring at the ground for up to an hour at a time, just waiting for food to come walking into an ambush.
Forget the tub! Otherwise you are cheating yourself and your snake out of a cool experience.
If you read the current "Substrate" thread you will that there are many effective choices.

The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Please excuse the spelling in my posts. Auto-Correct is my worst enema.

Yeah, feed in their enclosure.
I was told that I shouldn't do that because they may associate my hand with food, but that's a load of crap. You only get bit if you smell of mice, really. And my python went on hunger strike when I took him out to feed, so I'm firmly on the enclosure side of things.
For substate, I use CritterzCrumble.
