If you don't already have a scale, I suggest you get one so you can keep track of her weight. Make sure 5o weigh her after she poops so you record her "empty" weight.

Thanks! If I handle my snake for say 30 minutes every day will it stress her too much? She sits in her hide all day on her 90 degree hot spot. Is that normal?? I fed her 2 days ago so yesterday was her "digesting day" could that be why? She literally sat under her hide for 16 hours straight and only poked her little head out once at night. This is the first meal I've fed her. I apologize if this is a stupid question but this is my first ball python so I'm not familiar with their activity.

Normal activity for a ball python is about the same as a pet rock.
They spend most of their time unseen.

This is the reality of owning Ball Pythons. You might see them exploring during the afternoon but other than that, they hide.

In regards to handling, it's hard to put a time on that. I personally don't handle mine very much. I'll take them out to check on them and then put them back. Some people "hang out" with them for extended periods of time. I don't think they enjoy it so I make sure that I limit my personal handling to about 15 minutes if I do take them out. You'll have to figure your own time.
