Settling on a name
An adult male "Plasma" (lavender blood-red) corn snake is due to arrive in a week, or so. Like many unnaturally pale snakes, he has an otherworldly look to him. The novel Moby :cens0r::cens0r::cens0r::cens0r: comes to mind, but I'm not sure I care for most of those names - neither the whale himself, nor the character, Ahab, nor the name of the author. Queequeg... no. Ishmael... no. I do like the name Starbuck - even if it is now indelibley (spell??) associated with that *#^&$* coffee shop.
There is also the name, Graham. I am a fan of Graham Potter's bonsai, and a HUGE fan of Graham Hancock's books. Both have a bit of a cosmic bent. There is also the author Graham Greene, who got the stifileing (spell??), and clonthic, but mesmerising air of Mexico just right. (Catherine Anne Porter got it right too; the author of Bless Me Ultima got it right, albeit in a different style. D.H. Laurence (spell??) tried a little to hard, and missed with, Quetzoquatil The Feathered Serpent. ((spell?)) ) So, Graham might be a good name.
I also like the name Daniel, after the Elton John song. For that matter, Elton, would make a good name too.
Just some late night thoughts on the matter.

Reason: D**k, gets censored, but *#^&$* gets by!
