    No, that's too cold. That could certainly be why they haven't been eating - they can't digest properly at those temperatures. Ambients should be close to 80F, and no lower than 75 for ball pythons. I believe corn snakes can handle slightly cooler temperatures, but I'd still try to keep them above 70.
