Red LED for night time viewing?

I have LED lights in two enclosures that have about a dozen colors. I only use the red and the white.

I leave my lights off until I am checking on the snakes. I use the red at night and white during the day.

Now three of my tanks have red heat bulbs on 24/7. One tank has a no color heat bulb which I dislike because I can't see inside.
