    If you haven't already purchased the enclosure, I'd recommend looking into PVC cages. You can find something that offers a similar amount of space but it'll be much easier to maintain temperatures and humidity, since that's what they're designed for. Glass is a poor insulator. You can use a RHP for heat and the whole unit will look very neat - no big lamps on top. Lighting is only necessary if you don't have natural ambient light in the room to provide a day/night cycle, but if you want it lighted I'd recommend LED strips.
