This may or may not be a solution for you.
I have all of my cages on adjustable plastic tables. I have one small table with a 4 x 2 x 2 cage on it and a larger table with 2 larger cages on it.
The tables put the cages at a nice viewing level and make cleaning and water changes very easy.

I placed 1/2" thick plywood on top of the tables that extends 1/2" beyond the front and side edges of the table plus some Reflectix insulation under the wood. I use black sheets to cover the tables. I can hide a lot of supplies under the tables and the sheet covers it all up.
If you choose to go this route, you could buy 4 hockey pucks and put them in the corners and the cage will have enough space to "breathe" with your heat tape. I use RHPs so there is no need to have any gaps under the cages here.
I'm not sure that AP has them, but you could see if they build cage pedestals out of the same material used to build your caging.
I just noticed you have a T-25 and not a T-8. Even still there are tables large enough if that option fits your needs.
