I don't think that a 800g BP can get plump with a two rat pups as her meal.

Not offended at all... like I said, I appreciate your help, but I know my snake, that's all. I have a piebald that is a month older then the sugar. She too was fed on 2 pup rats until she was able to take smalls. She is now 1343g. I have a Queenbee who was also fed 2 pup rats before taking smalls and born in June 2014 that is 1298g. Both these females always looked to the perfect girth though. I have a normal who was born September 2014. She is a live eater and takes to live adult mice per feeding. Like I said live rats are illegal here. She is 1119g. My sugar's exact weight, born August 2014, is 796g... kind of guessed too high but now I am looking at the records. But this weight was taken November 23 but that was over two weeks ago so who know how much she has gained since, still not big enough for smalls. The problem isn't what she weighs though. She is just very slim and long is the point I am trying to get across. And I am wondering if she will stay slim and long or if someone who has had a snake like this knows if she will start growing normally at some point.
