It is pretty common for adult female to go off feed when changing environment so the injury might not have anything to do with it. 50% of the female that I have received as adult (loan or purchased) ceased to eat upon arrival. only to resume 3 to 9 months later which obviously means breeding plans had to be delayed.
At her size it's gonna be about proper husbandry, and patience, I would also recommend not to feed anything bigger than a small rat when offered.
As for trying to switch an animal that is already not eating it's only gonna make it more difficult, try offering the same type prey than previously offered.
